Planning

We take the time to understand exactly what you’re looking for. If you’re not quite sure what you need, we’ll work with you to determine the ideal resource for your project or organization and craft a job description to attract talent that matches your criteria.

Sourcing

We distribute your job description to our database of more than 60,000 candidates and use the latest technologies (including social media) to maximize results. We review all applicants for the following criteria:

  • Skill set
  • Years of experience
  • Industry-specific knowledge
  • Salary/rate
  • Availability (given the time frame)
  • Location (local resource or relocation)

Vetting

Candidates who meet the criteria will undergo two preliminary rounds of interviews with our recruiters, who will also gather work samples and administer any relevant assessments.

Client Presentation

Only the top candidates will be presented for your consideration. You tell us who, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Interviews

We’ll set up interviews at a time and place that is convenient for you, and we’ll make any necessary travel arrangements.

Facilitation

We’re here to facilitate the interview process. Prior to the interviews, we will consult with you to make recommendations and share insights gained during the preliminary interviews.

Onboarding

Once you’ve selected a candidate, we will handle the necessary paperwork, negotiations, and background and reference checks to ensure that your new resource is ready to work.

Performance Monitoring

We value your feedback, and we’ll stay in touch to make sure your new resource is everything you need.
