Blended Learning Development

Blended learning development is the combination of instructor-led training and online learning tools.

Instructors interact with participants through features such as text-based chat, conference calling (using a telephone or voice-over IP), or virtual classrooms.

A successful blended learning approach requires careful consideration of the audience and training objectives. The ratio of instructor content to elearning content varies for each situation, so we work with your subject matter experts to find the most effective combination.

Examples of materials developed for blended learning experiences include the following:

  • Slide show presentations
  • Video scripts
  • Electronic whiteboard prompts and illustrations
  • Polls and surveys
  • Storyboards
  • Peer-to-peer assessments
  • Evaluation forms

We use a consultative approach to create custom blended learning materials and to update and maintain clients’ existing materials.
